Rental Rate Toward Purchase:
If I decide to purchase a like vehicle at full price within 7 days of the conclusion of my rental, the first day's rental rate may be applied toward the purchase.

Discounted rentals (group rates, special courses, promotions, etc.) may only be canceled up to 5 days in advance. Refunds beyond this period are at the sole discretion of Just Rent A Car.

Terms, Conditions, and Liability:
In addition to accepting these terms online, I understand I will be required to sign a physical copy when I pick up the rental vehicle.

I accept full financial responsibility for the vehicle I rent. I agree to return it clean, undamaged, and on time. If I do not, I will be responsible for repair, cleaning, or replacement costs, up to the vehicle’s full retail value, as determined by Just Rent A Car.

If the vehicle is returned late, I agree to pay additional charges at the standard 1–3 day rate per day late.

I understand there are inherent risks in operating a vehicle, and I voluntarily assume all such risks, including those that could lead to injury or death.

I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Rent A Car, its owners, employees, agents, as well as the manufacturers and distributors of the rental vehicles, from any liability for damages or injuries to myself, others, or property, regardless of cause, including negligence.

Just Rent A Car provides no warranties, expressed or implied.

I accept the rental vehicle as-is and am responsible for its care. I agree to return all vehicles on time and in clean condition to avoid additional fees. I am responsible for the full retail value of any unreturned or damaged rental vehicles, beyond normal wear and tear.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement. I understand how to safely operate the rental vehicle, and I accept responsibility for obtaining proper instruction if needed. I agree not to misuse or abuse the vehicle.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS A BINDING CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO IT FREELY.
